Challenge | CD package design for Mt. Hood Community College Jazz band, 2nd Time Around.
Solution | Help keeping the jazz feel it uses brassy colors with black and sheet music. The typography used is different and unexpected which makes it inticing.I participated in the photo shoot of the students, that was a great experience. The inside of the booklet is laid out on a grid and legible.

Challenge: Case study; Develop cocoa company centralized in Vietnam. Product and packaging development along with a 28 page book of story about company.
Solution: Cacao Ngon, a cocoa harvesting company has a product that is a small cocoa cube flavored with for example, cocoa orange, a sweet addition tea or coffee. Colors used imitate chocolate and flavors. Logo is an Asian inspired hand written font with an illustration of melting chocolate.

Challenge: Develop effective design for the cover of ALICIA: My Story memoir.
Solution: Incorporated photograph of the Star of David breaking through the fence as a metaphor for being free yet still a prisoner in her own world. Used an analogous color scheme with warmer yellows to lighten the feel because the book has a pleasant ending. Sans serif font was used to balance photo and texture in the design.
